The Basque federation for classic and sports vehicles, a non-profit founded in 2024 and based in Bilbao. It states that it groups more than 40 clubs; its members page names about a dozen. It organises the Arte sobre Ruedas festival in Bilbao, held in June 2025 with FEVA and FIVA and programmed again for June 2026. It is an umbrella body, not an owners' club.
